5 EASY BREAKFAST IDEAS | Healthy Recipes for Weight Loss

hello guys it's Iva Scelfo today I want to share with you my top 5 breakfast ideas my channel is all about health and weight loss so if that's something you're into you should consider subscribing For banana apple porridge I'm cutting half of an apple and half of an banana into small bite pieces I'm taking a pot and adding half a cup of rolled gluten-free oats 1 cup of water dash of salt and dash of cinnamon mixing it up and cover and put it on the stove to cook for about 5 minutes after I served it into a bowl and I'm adding my toppings bananas apples I use a bad teaspoon of chia seeds and some unsweetened coconut and at last I added a teaspoon of natural peanut butter to sweeten everything up and that's my breakfast tip number one I'm adding some butter into a pan and let it melt meanwhile I'm slicing some tomato onion and mashing half of an avocado when the butter is melted I will scrambled one egg I'm spreading the avocado over the toast and topping it with the scrambled egg and tomato slices I'm also adding some of my freshly sprouted lentils on the top and there it is this is breakfast number two! I'm gonna blend 1 cup of oats and dash of baking powder into flour then adding 1 banana 2 eggs and blending it into a smooth batter then I will melt some butter and start frying up the pancakes these are really good guys and also very fluffy when they are nicely golden on both sides what I like to do is use an extra pot to put them in where they're done so I can keep them nice and warm until I'm done with all the batter this recipe makes a total of five pancakes which is completely fine with me and Rob I usually eat two and he is good with three but you can you can add it up and make more of these pancakes if you want to when they are done I serve them on a plate with some extra banana slices I sprinkled it with some more cinnamon and I'm using Agave nectar but you can use definitely any other syrup of your choice and that's my breakfast number three my favorite one for this omelette I will saute one cup of spinach in some water meanwhile I'm cracking two eggs into a ball add a dash of salt dash of pepper and tablespoon of nutritional yeast for more cheesy flavour and whisk it up with the fork then I'm using coconut spray oil to coat my pan and I will fry up the omelette voila perfect flip I'm getting my fillings ready when the omelette it's nicely done from both sides I will spread the avocado it's about half of an avocado I'm adding the tomatoes black beans red onion and sauté spinach and then just flip it over I like to add some moisture outside to give it a little kick and that's the breakfast number four breakfast number five is my carrot cake oatmeal I will add half a cup of rolled oats and about three shredded baby carrots into a pot along with dash of cinnamon and dash of salt I also like using a little bit of coconut oil adding 1 cup of water mix it up cover and cook for about 5 minutes when it's done I just transferred it into a bowl and make it nice and smooth I added some sliced apples some more of the shredded carrots also handful of walnuts for some more fat I add about a teaspoon of chia seeds and drizzling it over with more cinnamon I also use some little agave nectar to sweeten it up a little bit and that's my breakfast tip number five so which breakfast idea do you like the most please leave your answer in a comments below and thank you for watching this video if you liked it please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel I'll be back with more videos and I would love to have you
