Organic Triple Berry Parfait – Easy Healthy Snack Ideas for Kids

hey guys are you ready for a quick healthy and patriotic snack and we've got one for you coming up welcome to dishes and stitches healthy choices for a cosplay lifestyle I'm your host kg and I'm Charles Starr today we're gonna be making a triple berry parfait in celebration of Independence Day and summertime this is a light sweet treat that you can prepare in a couple minutes it only has five ingredients so let's get started but this dish we'll be using 1 cup organic blueberry one cup organic strawberries 1 cup organic raspberries one container plain unsweetened almond milk yogurt and if you choose one cup of Nature Valley Cinnamon griddle so here we go so we got all our ingredients that we got our little cups here Cheers let's make some our fame it's a triple berry parfait so you want to start with your blueberries just kind of want to throw a couple down there so I'll hand these off to you just drop a little down in there then after you get your blueberries you want to get your yogurt okay we tried we're not gonna all right suck your blueberries are you're gonna take some strawberries here strawberry strawberry and then we're gonna fill another another layer some almond yogurt now if you want to throw some sweetener in here some nice organic sweetener I recommend agave nectar we go in here another that's a low carb sweetener and it'll sweeten it up so after that put in your second lady throw your raspberries on top pour honey nice then all the ingredients we're using here are organic and then if you want after that can just sprinkle a little Nature Valley cinnamon granola my favorite good nose on top she was some some in there and then the mate opens a really finished deal there you go super patriotic half a so here we go here are our super patriotic carface say that three times awesome just five ingredients super light super easy we're gonna grab a spoon from the magical cabinet here perfect snack breakfast meal for a hot day for you an organic we will throw the nutrition card up there in the description the yogurt is a little is a little tart but it's good it's good the sweetness of the fruit offsets it I definitely recommend the cinnamon granola well I hope you enjoyed this video this is just a quick light healthy snack that you can make it's easy it's simple just a few ingredients to throw together for a nice little snack and you can keep it in mason jars or up to like three to four days that's right these are probably better if you make them a day or two ahead that way the flavors can blend but not of that snap thank you for checking out our video and you know the drill if you liked what you saw please hit that like button and subscribe for more videos also check out our links down below we'll have links to all of these and I help support us and everything we do alright so that was it thank you for joining us here at dishes and stitches and we'll see you next time over recording rehearsal quite honest Oh you
