Pelvic Floor Exercises for Women Better Orgasms Stop Incontinence

Are you worried about weeing when you workout? Hi! I'm Jess Maguire from MissPhysiocom

au, and today I'm going to be talking to you all about your pelvic floor So what is the pelvic floor? Well, it's a sling of muscles that are located in the base of your pelvis Where exactly? If you're sitting watching this video, I want you to visualize a diamond Now, the two pointy parts of your bottom, or your seat bones, make up the side of this diamond The pubic bone makes up the front, and your tail bone makes up the back

The pelvic floor is located deep within that diamond space So why do we need a strong and healthy pelvic floor? Because it helps with continence, so it will actually stop us leaking wee in classes or breaking wind in the most unappropriate times It also leads us to having a better sex life because our orgasms are far more powerful Doing your pelvic floor exercises is an investment in your sex life So how can we do these pelvic floor exercises? Sitting there now, if you slightly lean forward and feel the pressure on your perineum, in that diamond space that we talked about, you can visualize slowly lifting up as you breathe out and letting that relax with your breath in

Long, slow contractions lead to a strengthened pelvic floor If you find that your continence issues are getting worse, my recommendation would be that you see a women's health physiotherapist who can get you sorted out quick smart The other thing we want to do is avoid exercises that will make it worse This includes sit-ups because as we crunch, we're actually pushing down on the pelvic floor Avoid any box jumps or exercises that cause you to have any continence issues because this can make it worse, and you are at risk of developing a prolapse later on in life

If you have any questions or comments regarding the pelvic floor, feel free to post them below this video If this is your first time watching my videos, you can subscribe to my channel for more information, or you can head on over to my website, MissPhysiocomau Thank you so much for watching this video today, and remember to take care of your pelvic floor

Thanks! Bye!
