as you can see my kids are all over the place and they already ate some of the food i made Hey guys how are you? thank you so much for watching my video If you are new welcome and for those who are subscribed to my channel thank you so much! if you haven't subscribed yet, please subscribe I appreciate you so much I hope you will watch my other videos , I appreciate you I have been thinking about publishing this type of video for the entire summer, but I was so busy and wasn't able tohere I am today I was too busy with kids and summer activities it is not too late so there I am Today, I am going to show you how you can make quick school lunch for the kiddos This is not only for little kids school lunch but also for teens as well you can make this type of lunch for your self I am hoping this video will be helpful to you when you see what I have in front of me, it might scare you, but it really not that much at all most of the items here are something i picked up from the store I believe this is easy for any one to do, and it is time saving if you like the idea please stay tuned as parents, when we think about back to school we worry about what to prepare for lunch this is not something I do every day, these are some of the lunch I pack some days you don't need to do the same thing everyday so the kids will not be board, just make sure to rotate and pack something new every day I pack these lunches when I am busy and don't have that much time in the morning now lets start first i have a pita bread, I add organic sour cream, organic honey roasted turkey, mozzarella cheese , and lettuce

If your kids don't like it make sure to add something they like I don't use mayo, it is unhealthy for the kids if your kids like cheese add cheese otherwise just skip it roll it and cut it in smaller portions and add their favorite fruit and veggies how easy this is, she want to do it herself I think this will teach the kids to be independent so allow them to participate this is the second lunch, American single so I'm choosing which one to do I'm not sure and then you do that you sprinkle top and personally I love I mean like who doesn't who does not like cheese okay and now you fold it up wait this is how I do it so you put it in the microwave for 15 seconds then the where the cheese is half melted then you put it on you can put in the microwave there's the plate , then so you put on a plate you keep it in the microwave for 15 seconds then you close it up so it sticks and then actually I'm gonna put in the microwave for 15 seconds you see the cheese is half melted if you can see so that now we folds it up so it sticks and then you put it in the microwave for 15 more seconds check out my musically alina TV one two three and there you have it and then if you want to put it in lunch you can get some I like like stuff like strawberries and carrots with this kind of lunch so yeah and ever gonna put gonna put one using he comes strawberries and some carrots third lunch option, everything the same but add baked chicken and Italian blend cheese and add mix veggies with steamed rice you can prepare the baked chicken and steamed rice and veggies ahead that will make your life easy for you once that is done, I will always add one veggie and one fruit for each lunch box every day you should have one serving of fruit and one serving of veggies, and one serving of protein for your kids this will give them balanced nutrition now we are going to make grilled cheese sandwich, this is all time kids favorite in my household first I add small amount of olive oil as you can see I use two single organic American cheese , this is also kids favorite again add one fruit and one veggie and call it a day here you have it, it is not complicated its very simple ingredients that is already prepared ahead which makes my life easy, we have to be smart to make sure our morning goes smoothly you can also add the chicken to the steamed rice and veggies and that can be one lunch for the kids or yourself boiled eggs can be for kids breakfast to go or part of a lunch, here is how you can teach your kids to pile it or you can pile and add to lunch box
