Healthy Recipes for Kids : Serving the Veggie Boats

In my kitchen is Lisa LeBarg and Lisa let’s get those potato boats We have are yummy little potato boats that I’ve been warming up/getting the cheese melted, so we’re going to pop those out of the oven they should be pretty much warm through, usually when the cheese is melted it’s a pretty good sign

These look yummy! So we’re going to have Nili’s going to check them out and taste them for us, yeah and we can always put like a little bit of sour cream on here right? You can put sour cream on top while the kids like that too so it’s definitely a nice added topping I love how you like sneak the vegetables in here, I know that’s what’s so important is making sure the kids have their vegetables that’s something they don’t like to eat and it’s always great that you can actually sauté or cook these vegetables or roast them or steam them or you can lightly steam them and then you can just chop them up really well and just sneak them in sauces and all kinds of little things This taste great, excellent, good job thank you
