Meal Prep Mania: 3 Free Healthy Recipes!

hey guys welcome to my channel it's Friday you know what that means its another rendition of meal prep mania so I'm always talking about meal prepping because it's important you know I also exercise you know a good amount as well but 90% maybe a little less of your health and fitness is what you put into your body you've heard the saying before you are what you eat so I'm back this week with three new recipes for you to cook for the upcoming week so remember Friday I give you these recipes you can head to BrieOCDcom for the three recipes I'm gonna mention among other ones Saturday go grocery shopping Sunday cook baby cook all day long dance put on the music and get prepared for the rest of the week so that when you're hungry next week you have stuff at the fridge that you just need to heat up and you're not going to McDonald's and getting crappy food so here we go jambalaya this is jam-packed with three different proteins I do hot italian jennie-o turkey sausage you can switch that for sweet if you don't want the hotness chicken which is very lean meat you know I love my chicken and shrimp so check out this recipe on BrieOCD

com I put it over white rice but if you're watching your carbohydrate intake you can put it over cauliflower rice you can put it over cauliflower hash um just you know something else to give you a healthier alternative but still leave you feeling full and satisfied it's packed with those three proteins and veggies so it's healthy it's easy you make it in the crock pot you know so set it and forget it five minutes before it's done throw in the shrimp you don't want to put in the shrimp too early because shrimp cooks fast nobody wants rubbery shrunken shrimp bolita so next is chicken soba noodles so this was inspired by thug kitchen they did this eggplant recipe and I switched it off I changed the proportions and I added chicken because I like my protein however all you vegetarians out there i got nothing but love you can look up the thug kitchen recipe or just follow my recipe and sub out the chicken for grilled eggplant so whatever I do to the chicken just do that to end the eggplant I suggest following my recipe because I change the proportions up they have a ton of soba noodles nobody needs that many noodles if you are gluten-free an easy way is just to make some gluten-free linguine and and keep the rest of it together the flavors are you know just something different than I normally do so I really love this chicken soba noodle dish you serve it cold so head to BrieOCDcom to get that recipe and the last is chicken parm so I serve this with broccoli you know I am Italian I love Italian food I could eat pasta all day every day but unfortunately my body doesn't react like it used to when I was 16 eating pasta all day every day so I'm always looking for healthier alternatives so this week I did a chicken palm I baked it instead of frying it and it's just seasoned instead of breaded so it's super healthy it's low calorie low fat low carb you're just bake it in the oven just like the brown sugar garlic chicken recipe that I have that is also delicious and easy but um you bake this in the oven I did it with broccoli you can do it with any veggie you want I served it over spaghetti squash you can serve it over anything you want um but I'm always looking for those healthier versions to Italian food because I love it um so head to BrieOCDcom you can get all those three recipes get all the ingredients form and cook it up next week so you have healthy fresh prepared meals for the go so if you love my channel give me a thumbs up subscribe please tell your friends let's go get it moving meal prep, mania go go go gurl
